So, apparently I seriously under estimated how much flour I needed for all that bread making. I went through 15 lbs of flour! I just had to send T to the store for another 10lbs! Oooops! On the upside, I got all the bread started, and I'm just waiting for it all to rise so I can bake it! :)
Off to clean the disaster of a kitchen I made while making all that bread!
