I thought that I already blogged this, but going back through my posts I can't find it! This is how to make powdered sugar, which is very expensive if you buy organic because powdered sugar is more expensive than organic granulated sugar!
1 cup sugar
1 TBS cornstarch
Blend in blender until smooth and powdered.
